Silverback products are typically packaged and shipped same day as we strive to provide excellent, efficient service and delivery to our valued customers.

Your order will, without exception be shipped within 24-48 business hours in all other cases. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive timely shipping conformation. 

We're open Monday-Friday, Closed Weekends and all USA Holidays.
